What’s Included & Pricing
- Rental Fee: The room rental fee is $200.00 per day/time period.
- Standard Rental Period: 3 hours
- Minimum Wine Purchase: A minimum wine purchase of $500.00 is required.
- Deposit: A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is collected to secure your date and time.
- Final Payment: The remaining rental fee ($100) and all wine consumed will be paid in full at the end of the event. Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, or payment app.
Important Details & Terms
- Only Dracaena Wines Allowed: No outside alcohol is permitted or allowed to be consumed in the Tasting Room.
- Non-Smoking Venue: Consumption of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the Tasting Room.
- Legal Use: The room can only be rented for legal activities.
- Equipment: The Renter is responsible for bringing any sound equipment they wish to use.
- Responsibility: The Renter is responsible for the behavior of their guests and for any physical damage caused during the rented period.
