Enjoy a private tasting led by renowned wine educator Cathy Henton alongside fourth-generation organic winemaker Justine Baudry\, followed by a delightful vineyard lunch featuring regional specialties paired with the estate’s wines. \nIn the afternoon\, explore the magnificent Royal Château of Amboise on a guided tour. Once a royal residence of the French kings\, this stunning château offers breathtaking views over the Loire River and is home to the Chapel of Saint-Hubert\, the final resting place of Leonardo da Vinci. Afterward\, return to the hotel before enjoying the evening and dinner at your leisure. \n\n\n \n\n\n3\n\nDay 3: April 21\, 2027\n\nAfter enjoying breakfast at the hotel\, meet your guide in the lobby as you set out for another unforgettable day exploring the Loire Valley. \nToday’s journey begins with a guided tour of the breathtaking Château de Chenonceau\, affectionately known as the “Ladies’ Château.” Renowned for its graceful architecture spanning the River Cher\, the château is closely associated with influential French women\, including Catherine de’ Medici\, whose vision helped shape its magnificent Renaissance gardens and enduring legacy. \nLater\, enjoy an exclusive visit to Château Montdomaine\, where you’ll be welcomed by owners Fred and Louisa Plou. Fred’s family has been producing wine in the Loire Valley since 1508\, making them one of the region’s oldest winemaking families. Best known for its extraordinary gardens\, Villandry features beautifully designed ornamental\, vegetable\, water\, and herb gardens that create one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Loire Valley. Stroll through the elegant terraces\, tree-lined pathways\, and vibrant displays that have made this estate one of France’s most celebrated gardens. \nContinue to Domaine Grosbois\, a beautifully restored 15th-century fortified farmhouse where history\, sustainability\, and exceptional winemaking come together. Surrounded by a vast forest estate larger than the city of Paris\, Chambord is one of France’s most iconic landmarks and a true architectural marvel. \nThis afternoon\, enjoy a truly unforgettable experience aboard a private traditional wooden gabare\, the historic boat once used to navigate the Loire River.
